NAD+ patches are manufactured with latex free components and are hypoallergenic. On occasion, skin irritation can occur from the adhesive or medication that is applied to the skin. If you notice any irritation, please consult with your Vi physician or email us.

Unlike IV therapy, which can cause extreme flushing, nausea, and cramping, NAD+ patches deliver NAD+ slowly over 12 hours to help mitigate such symptoms. Depending on personal skin complexion/sensitivity, some users may experience minimal skin irritation from the adhesive. If you experience side effects or irritation with the patch, remove the patch and cleanse the application area with soap and water. Yes, the iontophoresis patches are considered a Class II medical device.
Prepare the Site: To ensure adhesion, clip body hair in the area or apply patch to area of lesser hair. Do not shave. Use the alcohol wipe to clean the treatment site thoroughly. Ensure that the treatment site is dry before applying the patch. Prepare the Patch: Open the pouch and remove contents. 1. Gently apply your thumb to the battery case and remove the pull tab to activate the patch 2. The LED will flash to indicate treatment mode. Once flash every 4 seconds indicates an open circuit. This means the patch is functional and ready to use. If the circuit does NOT light up, discard the patch and use another. 3. Apply 40 drops from the dropper bottle provided and hydrate the reservoir. Do NOT underfill or overfill the reservoir. Note: Please make sure that there are no visible dry spots. If dry spots are visible, touch up lightly with the tip of the dropper until they are gone. Apply the Patch: 1. Once the NAD+/Glutathione has been added to the reservoir, peel the liner and place the patch directly on the treatment area. Do not compress the electrode on the reservoir area, or solution may leak. 2. Once applied, leave the patch on for approximately 4 hours to allow complete delivery of the NAD+. The LED indicator and the power will turn off when dose is complete and the patch can be removed. 3. Store the multi dose NAD+/Glutathione in the refrigerator.
At the end of the recommended 4 hour application time, you can soak the patch for a couple of minutes with warm water to loosen the adhesive.
